Hudway.co has a 30-day return policy for defect-free items since the delivery date. All accessories originally included with the purchase must be included with the return. Damage claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery and prior to returning the item. • If the device is not faulty but no longer needed, it can be returned within 30 days since the delivery date. The device should look unused and be returned in full. The shipping cost paid during the order will not be refunded, and the cost to ship the device back will be borne by the customer.
• If there's a warranty-covered problem with the device, it can be returned for a full refund. In such cases, a prepaid return label is usually provided.
• For defect-free items, returns are accepted for 30 days since the delivery date. The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging. All accessories originally included with the purchase must be included with the return.
